At HMN Handicrafts, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality handmade products. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It must be in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or digital files
- Items marked as final sale
Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:
- The item shows clear signs of use
- The product is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- The return is requested after the 30-day window, at our discretion
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider (posting may take time)
- Contact your bank for processing confirmation

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at Info@hmnhandicrafts.com and ship the item to the return address provided below.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please mail it to:

Please note:
- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If your return is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount
